• Reservations must be made under an individual name with a credit card.
• Guests must sign a Registration Form, present a passport, and provide a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Early Departure / No Show / Cancellation Policy:

Full-stay room charges apply for:
• Early departure before the confirmed check-out date.
• No-show on the arrival date.
